Bronwyn Heys brings to The CMO Syndicate Clients an illustrious career spanning over three decades, with marketing leadership roles across some of the world’s most recognized brands including KFC, Mars, McDonald's, Coca-Cola Amatil, 20th Century Fox, and most recently as the Chief Executive Officer of the Australian Marketing Institute (AMI). Under her leadership at the Australian Marketing Institute, Bronwyn was instrumental in revitalizing the organization's brand and launching the AMI Marketers' Competency Framework 2023, demonstrating her commitment to inspiring brilliance at every career stage for marketers. 

She successfully led the KFC brand globally with double digit growth and revitalizing the brand, menu and customer experience. Her tenure at Mars saw her leading the transformation of the brand portfolio for Mars Food brands in Australia, showcasing her ability to innovate and drive brand growth. At McDonald's Australia, Bronwyn was a key figure in menu and marketing strategy, contributing significantly to the brand’s growth in Australia and New Zealand, the third-largest McDonald's market globally. 

Bronwyn’s academic credentials are equally impressive, holding a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from University of New South Wales (UNSW), complemented by executive education from the Columbia University (USA), the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business in Executive Leadership (USA), and certifications from the Australian Institute of Company Directors, among others.
