Washington, D.C. – September 5, 2025 – The U.S. Chamber of Commerce and CO—100, its award-winning digital platform for small businesses, today announced that The CMO Syndicate has been named to the 2025 CO—100: America’s Top 100 Small Businesses list.

The CMO Syndicate was selected from more than 12,500 applicants by a panel of judges in recognition of its impressive growth, innovative go-to-market strategies, and commitment to redefining how businesses access executive-level marketing expertise. The prestigious list represents a diverse group of entrepreneurs and founders from across 35 states and Washington, D.C.—ranging from next-generation tech startups and sustainable manufacturers to creative agencies and community-driven retailers.

“We are deeply honored to be recognized among America’s top small businesses by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce,” said Shayne De la Force, Founding Partner at The CMO Syndicate. “This achievement reflects the dedication of our world-class CMOs who partner with clients to not only shape strategy, but also execute it with measurable results. It’s proof that small, agile teams can compete at the highest level against traditional big consultancies.”

As a CO—100 honoree, The CMO Syndicate will receive national brand exposure and access to exclusive networking opportunities with fellow business leaders.

From October 6–8, 2025, The CMO Syndicate will join other honorees in Washington, D.C. at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s historic headquarters for the Small Business Forum. The event will feature a VIP experience and access to some of the nation’s most influential business leaders. At the awards dinner, 10 companies will be honored for outstanding achievement across 10 categories of excellence, and one standout business will be named America’s Top Small Business.

“Small businesses are the heartbeat of our economy, and their stories are nothing short of extraordinary,” said Jeanette Mulvey, Vice President and Editor-in-Chief of CO— by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. “The CO—100 honorees exemplify what it means to lead with purpose, adapt with agility, and build with vision. These entrepreneurs and teams are not only shaping their local communities—they’re setting new standards for what’s possible in business.”
